False charges and no hearing of complained

I have an airtel connection number 9730427090, i've done a recharge online on 6th jan. after that i am receiving a message on daily basis that "thank you for receiving text based services something" and rs. 10 is deducted from my account. i called to airtel customer care thrice a day almost and they told me that my money will be refunded and they sort this problem out. Although money was refunded but next day same problems occurs again. till 13th of january this all continues and after that the refund of money is stopped, i've talked to some customer care executives and all told me to wait for 24/46/72 hours and the problem will be solved but nothing happened. on 17th of janauary when i called the customer care center these people said that i am telling a lie and money is deducted. and after that he said" thank you for calling airtel" and disconnect the call abrubtly.

although it was some financial loss for me (rs. 10 per day after 13th jan), but bigger than that it was a mental trauma. and wastage of time for me. i has to call airtel thrice a day, and sometime the called ended for 45-50 minutes as they put me on hold for 10-20 good minutes in between. as i have recharged on 6th i can't disconnect the services as there were an amount of money in my account. i am feeling helpless and trapped and mentally harassed by airtel.
