Sir I have an Air Tel Postpaid No 9997979202.
1. Since the time i took this connection wef feb 09 i have not recieved my bill. I had opted for e mail bill. i have been making adhoc payment without knowing the details call made and for the fact without knowing if i am being charged or overcharged for any service.
2. I start getting bugging calls from airtel service center to pay, however the do not deliver any bill. they make promices that the bill will be delivered shortly, but it goes undelivered. thhis is the same story which goes repeted every month time and again.
3. the customer support is in shambles, poor show by Air tel. i now wish to change service as it is too bugging
