MISS USE OF MY PREPAID CONNECTION THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE

Dear sir,

I am using my mobile connection. But the airtel servises continiously activating (prepaid sub pack) without my autharisation on 28.10.2008 at 11.46 am.cutting a ammonnt of Rs-10.in the evening at 12.11 am on 29.10.2008 i have activated the Mobile office service, but on the very next morning it has been de activated again without my permission cutting a ammount of Rs-35.

I will be highly oblised if you kindly take a step against this type of unknown cutting of my prepaid mobile bill.the customer care showing no action.
