Airtel tele media services
Bill issue to thier server problem

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am usind airtel broad band service and my internet is free from 08.00 pm to morning 08.00 am but unfortunately I start using my net on 13th october from 07.58 pm and my net is free from 08.00 pm but airtel has charged me

Rs.2800 for only 2 minutes and I have logged the complaint 4 times and they are not resolving the issues ans they are saying I have to pay the bill.
