Airtel text based services
Deactivate text based services

My mobile no is 9954012322 and i want to deactivate the text based services on my mobile no. I have also contacted airtel customer care but dont get any proper result. Every time they used to say

your text based services will deactivate within 2-3 days but it never happens. Please let me know what i have to do.

Kindly do the needful as earliest.
