Hi,

My mobile No is: 9860401970. I had Made 2 Top Up's of Rs.75/- on 28th April at 10.18pm & also got a messge that the recharge was successful. My total balance was Rs.133/-. When checked at 12.00am, the balance was only Rs.9.77/-. There are no schemes activated. I also tried to complain the same on 121 but the executive picks up the call & no one answers the call even though we can hear them talking. This is done upto 3 times after which we are not able to contact the customer care. We also visited the Airtel outlet & the exe. said that we will receive the balance within 24 hrs. but we haven't received it yet.
