I've taken USB Modem on 29th Aug 09 from Bannerghatta Main Road Airtel office Bangalore by paying Rs 4000 (four thousands)
On 10th Sep 09 connection has suspended without my notice when i contacted Airtel customer care they intimated me that Verification department ordered them to do it.
Then i requested Airtel department for Verification Customer care lady informed they will be coming my home on Saturday (12th Sep) so i was waiting for them from 10 AM to 7 PM nobody came
Sunday holiday, so called on monday directly to Venkat - (USB Model Sales guy Airtel) - Bannerghatta road where i got the hardware and SIM. he suggested me to contact nodal officer Meenakshi
On 14th sep Afternoon at 1 PM Airtel verification executive came to my home done the verification and took my signature and promised me that SIM will be activated in another 3 hours time. as promised i got my internet conenction back at 7 PM in the evenning same day.
On 15th Sep 09 again it's not connecting when checked with Airtel they are again telling verification is not done. so outgoing has been barred . then who's the person who came to my home on 14th Afternoon,?

I feel Airtel is un organised company more over they are buggers better don't fall in their net
Please go for Reliance or any other wireless internet providers, you may feel slow internet connection but toruture & outgoing proof you will get
