Charging falsely

Though I have not subscribed to any Airtel Live service, still some ghost sms comes to me as below :

"Thanks for using (archie_comics_wap, Subscription)

Subscription service service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.10. Enjoy http://gclub.in"

The sender's no-64611010 where no reply message can be sent. This happens in a month for 4/5 times.
