Charging for a service every week inspite of request for unsubscription

I am being charged rs 10 every week for stardust -subscription pack on airtel wap despite repeated requests for unsubscription.i donot want to lose money for a service i did not subscribe to. Repeated complaints on this site has also not helped. i need thih to stop immideately. my cell no 9748631531
