Hi,

I was a wireless internet customer from airtel with usb modem having 350/- plan of 500MB free download. my bill was calculated outside the billing cycle and even for no use after disconnection of service they produced the months bill. very very unaccountable method to fetch money from customers. the service offered was unable to run the browser window and then also kept charging rs 5/- per attempt. i took the matter upto their all top channel of complains, till date no one responded.
