Change of Bill Plan without any Information

The Airtel Representative called me once to ask me wheather i want to change my bill plan... to this i replied... i will think and let you know... but that does not mean that i want the bill plan.

The Airtel has changed my bill plan without any notification and now bill charges have increased. Due to which they have cancelled all my outgoing and incoming calls.

Will the Airtel unbarred my calls..and remove the bill plan...
