Activation of New SIM

Hi,

Today i took one new SIM card. But after 7 hrs also it's not activated. But Your customer Executive told that it will be activated with in 10 min. When iam calling to the mobile number he is not lifting from 5 hrs back. What hellyou people are providing service?

He has given this mobile number for contact... 9959223371 and my new SIM number which is still not activated is 9682034722
