WRONG TICKET ISSUED BY AKBAR TRAVELS ONLINE.COM

On June 17 i booked ticket for Jammu to Mumbai for Jetlite S 105. While booking fare offered by Akbar Travels was Rs 4336/- As this was the cheapest option available, i booked this ticket. Earlier I had booked one more ticket from Jetlite website at Rs 3300/-, hence another i had to book in Jetlite only. After entering all the information and making payment, I was issued ticket of Go Air ways. When i called customer care, executive told me that i might have selected go airways wrongly. But go airways was no where in the option. Above Jetlite there was spice jet and Below there was Air India. So there is no point of wrong selection. Also, I already had one ticket booked in Jetlite, so I would not book in go airways anyways.

It was purely a system error from Akbat Travels.com, Hence cancellation charges should be borne by Akbar Travels. I was to reschedule my flight to Jetlite, I am ready to pay the difference amount but at any cost i will not pay canellation charges.
