VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have subscribed to IPTV of Aksh offered by MTNL.

Many of the functions mentioned are non-functional and pictures breaks very offen indicating "Waiting Signal"

I have observed that Aksh' s Customer Service is very bad. Firstof all, there is no response to the telephone calls. No one attends calls after office working hours, holidays and even during office timings. Customer service men leaves with customer on hold. Even if complaint is lodged, no one attends the same and false promises by the customer service team. Customer Relationship Manager also does not respond to the calls made to him. My latest complaint is dated 05.09.09 with ref No.50956 and not attended till today ie.16.09.09
