No redressal of complaint

My son complained on 3rd Jan'09 that "Network Initialization failed " message was coming our icontrol tv and we could not watch anything. He was told that within 24-48 hrs some techinician will turn up. He again complained the same thing on 5th jan and was told the same. Again twice he reported the matter but no redressal followed
