Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Chetan Ashok Borse. I have an IDEA Cellular Prepaid connection since last 4 yrs. When I called to your Customer Care Representative, their communication was so roudly...

Most of Customer Care Representative put my call on hold... and after sometime they CUT my call...

I m giving the details of such people as below... My No. is => 9881170702.

1) Date: 7/04 First call at 10:05AM I don't know his name. But His call Duration was 7:55 Min.

2) Date: 7/04 Second call at 10:16AM I don't know his name. But His call Duration was 7:48 Min.

3) Finally my Last call at 10:32 AM was Successful Call & given the better service & his call duration was 15:52

Most of my friend also face the Poor service by IDEA Customer Care Representative

So Please take the strict Action on 1) and 2) Customer Care Representative...
