Instead of 3 phase we have 2 phase for 10 days

Espected sir, we live at no:24/1, frist street pudupet chennai-2 and phone number is 28528842 we are having 3 phase line but there is only 2 phase for past 10 days inspite of giving complaint no one has come to rectify the problem and there is frequent power cut in our area even that was not sorted out for a long time.kindly take action and do the need full thank you. clarence
