Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with ‘Gas & Gadgets’, Manton Super Market, Shop No:34, Kolkata 34 and my consumer number is T10265. For booking the Gas, I dial the telephone no. 23971652 and the replier advise to dial on the ph: no. 23480697 for booking gas.
After dialing the tel.no. 23480697 on 17. June at 11.10AM, the receiver (Madam) refuse to book the gas and she has liked to harassment unnecessary. Unbecoming behavior is not expected. Have any punishment against this type of booking agent, who does not care to talk with the respectable person?
Lastly she has booked, but I think, she will not deliver the gas within the schedule period.
I have need the justice form you.
