False info of product which I wouldn't have otherwise purchased

I have purchased a Vox Mp3/ MP4 (2 GB) player from India times.com. Order No. 111588326.

Before purchasing I had asked the Telesales girl whether it comes with a Direct Charger. She answered it comes with a direct charger.

When I received the product I saw that it has to be charged from a computer.

I have called four times to India times and got the same reply that they will listen to the recording and then cancel my order within the next 48 / 72 hrs. But they never got back to me. (Pawan / Hema / Deepak / sindhu - 20129)

The the kind of service Indiatimes provide is pathetic.

Their only aim is to sell the product any way, even if it means telling lies.

They asked me to speak to Sandeep from Alpha Radios. According to him I have to speak to India Times Shopping.

According to India Times I have to speak to Alpha Radios.

I requested them to stop the buck passing and resolve the issue very fast so that

I am not stuck up with a MP3 player which is of no use to me. But as always it is the same buck passing.

For them the best customer service is to avoid the issue
