Invertor not giving power Back up

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Amara Raja model " Xenon" invertor on 17th June09. from amara Raja dealer M/s Excess Power Control Equipments Dehradun for our Dehradun Showroom- address 56 Subhash Road Dehradun

The invertor is not giving proper back up since we have purchased. We have made enough calls to dealer but he is not responding. HE has stoped picking my calls now.

I had called the customer care no. Delhi 011 - 29541893 which is mentioned on their website .http://www.amararaja.co.in/ccare.html, in turn they have given me another no. to call, which is continuously busy.

Please guide & help.
