APC(GODREJ MARKETING)
Invertor not working properly

This is S.Venkataramani from Chennai. I bought an APC invertor (godrej marketing) two months ago (at OBEL REDDY AND SONS, Tambaram, Chennai.)

Ever since i bought this invertor it encountered so many problems... first i received a 100%damaged battery on the very first day... after making so many complaints i got it replaced by the company after nearly two weeks..then came the second repair... the invertor (UPS) itself did not work... finally after lodging so many compliants with the company, i got it replaced two weeks ago...

Now, its really frustrating to know that even the replaced invertor is encountering problem..(serial Number of the new invertor is ..BB0605012856) I have made as many compliants as possible (nearly 10 times) within two weeks but the company is lending a deaf ear. Still the problem has not been fixed.

I really regret for buying a invertor from your company... i thought APC being a international brand, the customer care would be excellent...

But now i have understood that it's the WORST, ONE COULD EVER IMAGINE OF...

Really its the worst...

i hope some action be taken atleast after receiving this mail, failing which i have to take further steps... i wont even mind throwing this invertor out of my house..

Hoping a quick reply from the company...
