Sir,
1. I am a teacher in the Ambe Vidyalaya, Vadodara since last one year.
2. I was suffering from Viral Fever and weakness due to which could not attend the School from 01 Sep 09. I duly informed to the Principal about my sick ness. Doctor has advised me to take rest for a period of 1 month.
3. The principal insisted me to join school, but i requested her and shown her inability to join school due to weakness and sickness.
4. On 11 Sep 09, i visited to the school alongwith my uncle to show the principal my medical certificate and also requested to pay my salary for the month of Aug 09 but she denied stating that you will not get the salary unless you return to work immediately.
5. I was not given any appointment letter also hence she says that u have no proof that u are working here. hence u cant claim ur salary.
6. Presently, i am not in condition to join. May i request u to suggest me, which way i can claim my salary?
