AMEX CARD/Credit Card
PUT ON CIBIL AFTER SETTLEMENT

I was having AMEX Card. They have charged me with some unnecessarily charges. After they sent me agent "PERKINS CREDIT CONSULTANTS". I setlled the amount with agreed amount and given them check. The cheque has been cleared from my Bank. The agent has assured me that I will get settlement letter after all the cheques are cleared. But till date I have not got any settlement letter from AMEX & moreover AMEX has put my name on CIBIL. Now I am facing problem in getting loan or any CREDIT CARD made.

Thanks to advise how can I settle this issue
