I have purchased an Amron Car battery in the month of February with 24 months warranty... but within a period of 5 months the battery started giving trouble and ultimately it's out of order now... I tried couple of times reaching their Toll Free # 18004254848 which is never picked by any of their customer executive. One day I somehow managed to speak to one of their staff who din't even bothered to answer my call or respond back after giving me the request number PRA210809A. This is something very Pathetic and never expected from branded companies. What they talk about there brand if they themselves doesn't understand the importance of it. We too work for our organizations but always make it sure to reach our customer before our customer approach us... we should take some very serious measures against these companies and better cancel there licences... if they cannot meet their customers requests.
If writing to Consumer forum may somehow sort this problem then I would like to encourage evrybody to take initiative in doing so... and better chuck off companies which committ fake promises just to 'Sell' there products.
