Dear Sir,
Towards Amway Registration online on 17.7.09, the transaction failed but Rs 995 was debited from my ICICI credit card. The matter was reported to both Amway & ICICI Bank on same day on phone and it was assured that the amount will be credited back in my credit card account within 21 days. Despite of several requests on phone to Amway (011-42295900) and emails to both Amway & ICICI Bank and period of about 60 days, I have not received the refund of Rs 995 nor any satisfactory reply from either sides. Kindly do the needful.
