Non-receipt of payment

Letter from Divisional Manager, Unit - III, Annuity Section, New India Building, 2nd Floor. S.V. Road, Mumbai 400 054, dated 16-08-1993

This refers to my pension of Rs 866: per month from Philips India to be credited by LIC to my savings account with State Bank of India, Shivsagar Estate branch, Worli-south, Mumbai 400018. There was a confirmation letter from your Divisional Manager referred to above and the payment was being credited to my account as it was originally arranged.

However, for the last few years my bank statements do not not reflect the payment. Please confirm

1. If the annuity payment for my Philips pension is still being paid without interruption

2. If yes, to which bank account of mine this payment is being credited by LIC

3. If not, I would advise to recommence the regular payment to my savings account

4. The telephone number and email address of the LIC office I can contact for further correspondence.
