INVERTER FAULTY & LATE REPLACEMENT

Sir,

I would like to inform you that within the warranty period of invertor, the invertor replaced by the consignee is damaged from outside and is not working properly in case of switching i.e. from battery to power and vice versa.

Even after complaining for more than 5 times. It was replaced by the M/s Sun power Systems, Lucknow just before the expiry period, and since then it was not working properly.
