NO BACK UP

I have purchased APCups model no. BR50CI-IN BB0837012223 ON 27.02.09 which was not working from day purchased. It was replaced by co.on 26.03.09 under No. BB0910019726. Replaced ups is not giving back of even one minuet.pl. look into the problem and repair or replaced as early as possible my latest complaint No CI 984952391 on 20.05.09.
