Sir,
My son purchased APC Invertor Model NO-H1600SQ, Sr NO-BB0632048908, on 10-03, from DASS Electronics, Aundh, Pune, and it was installed at my son's house after few days.
By 21st April it was not working and after some complaints some technician did come and said that the battery needs replacement and since then no action was taken.
Till date The APC Company has not attended to our problems and we were told the company is a well reputed firm.
The main reason for the purchase of invertor is due to the power cuts in that area and to give relief from heat to my grand son who is an infant 7 months, atleast we can use fans.
Please follow up this complaint and why they are delaying and behaving irresponsibly is not understandable.
