Connection cut without informing us (owners)

Hi APCPDL ADE/Operation/Quthubullapur,

My consumer No is: 00415 11364. I am staying in Pramay Homes in 208 apartment.

There was 7 days delay than due date to pay the current month bill. Because of it, electrician disconnected the power and did not even have the courtesy of informing us. I am surprised to here for removing the fuse if we don't pay just for current month. I think, you should do this if we don't pay for consecutive 2 to 3 months with penalty for late payment. We see in news papers lot of pending bills from big busness men and politicians for not paying amount in lakhs and still providing power facility to them. For normal consumers, if there is delay in single month, removing fuse without even informing to the owner. This is very bad. If you are really concerned, you should have the guts to apply the same rule to every body and collect all the pending money. Some times, we might forget to pay as we might have gone to out of station or busy during bill date period. I request to change the policy to not remove the fuse for the first month itself. Rather, we should be allowed to pay the bill even in 2nd or 3rd month with late fee penalty. Even if we don't pay after 3rd month, fuse should be removed. Please consider this request and collect the feedback from most of the common people and come up with policy.
