This is Srinivas I chosen Vodafone CUG Connections on 6the of April and submitted all thee required documents. (Tow numbers i.e 8886377740 and 8886377739) Activated on next day i.e 7the of April. 10the of April bothe numbers are barred for outgoing. When i called Customer care theey said verification was not done. This is not my problem, Problem is from your end. This is purely your mistake. As your mistake why should i suffer. This is vary ridicules and purely irresponsible towards thee costumer. I noted on application my alter phone number also i.e 9948524425. I never received a call from your verification team.
Hear i request you to cancel my bothe numbers. I am not liable to pay your bills if you send it to me.
