Ill and Careless attitudes of Doctors

Hi,

My son met with a mishap and he had a cut in his ear. His mother was with him, and he was bleeding profusely. The doctor tells in a very casual tone to the mother " Baith jaiyye.. baccha mar nahi jayega" that means " sit down.. ur kid will not die"

This is not the way to discuss with the mother of a 3 year old kid who is bleeding badly

on top of that he asked if the kid is insured, then he is telling that for this we will have to admit him and get the stitches done in OT and blah blah and quoted an expense of 15000/-

Then my wife got out of Apollo and went to Wockhardt (just next door), and there we were recieved in the Emergency ward and the Doctor applied the stitches with the help of a local Anaesthesia and we were out in 20 mins, with an expense of Less than 1000/-

We have already filed a complaint with the Dea.. but still no response
