While booking my ticket time was taken around 15 minitues and i booked through credit card and ref. no. 4477 4684 6005 3015, transaction details is ANDHRA PRADESH STATE ROAD an amount is Rs. 936.00 (DR) but my ticket was not booked. Another online referece id generated is "OB274689".
i have given complaint to bank that my amount was debitet but ticket was not booked so please credit my amount back but they reply as given below
