Harrasing the customer by activating uncessary services on my mobile numbe

I am logging the complaint against relaince cdma connection, Customer care executive Ms. Menaka, Mr. Rakesh & there supervisor Mr T. Narayanan. My complaint no is 146414038...

I am using relaince cdma connection and facing the problems of amount deduction from my account. They have automatically activated some stupid services on my number due to this there is negative balance running on number.. i told them i have not activated any such services, even requested to transfer the amount which got deducted but they refuesd to do so. Due to this my outgoing calls facility is not there and i cannot make any calls even my work (business) got is effected.
