Not receibving news pape

Hi,

I am Madhu staying at Hyderabad, subscribed for a 6 month subscrition, in which I supposed to get 6 months news paper for Rs 180. They have the money in advance. The affective date was 16th March. But till now i didn't a single peice of news paper. Every Morning i used to call the customer care no, and i can here the same story sush as "they will infor the area agent, from 2 morrow or max day after tomorrow u will receive paper".

But next day Morning the same story. I asked to return mu money as well. But that also they are doing.
