Change of address

I live at D14A/2 ground floor Ardee city, gurgaon and am moving to the address below. I subscribed for times of india and economic times package in gurgaon starting in november for a year and paid the full amound (around 700 rupees by cheque to times of india with the understanding that when I move my appartment my subscription will be moved without a problem. I am moving to #1501, tower 1, Harmony at nirvana country, gurgaon. My delivery boy now says that the change cannot be made.
