Not receiving the pape

DNA representative collected an amount of Rs 249 for subscription to DNA on 22.03.11 at Hadapsar Telephone Exchange. He informed that the distribution of the paper will start on 16th April but not had happened. The representative's name is Mr. Niket Pawar phone no 7709331124. Subsequently I had contacted the local Pune DNA office but still the paper is not distributed.
