Not received booklet coupons

Hi Team,

Greetings!

This is in regards with DNA subscription.

I have made a payment of Rs. 249.00 for my DNA newspaper subscription for 2 years (Pune), on 26th March. After that i have received a call for address confirmation,

At the time, it was told to me that you will receive subscription booklet coupon within next 7 days. Now its already 2 months and i am still waiting for subscription booklet coupon from you.

This is what happening, which i never except from DNA.
