MY name is ASHOK HINDUJA. RESIDING AT 12, PUSHPAKALA SOCIETY THANE EAST, HAVING CONTACT NUMBER-9892181620.I had applied for one year subscription of hindustan times newspaper and issued a cheque no-447001.dated 27/10.amounting Rs-249 to HT MEDIA LTD and the cheque had been cleared from my side but unfortunetly i have not received coupons from your side till date. I have spoken to MR.BABA CHUHAN the area sales manager of thane and he told me that the coupons have been issued at ur residence through jain courier on 7th november.the details of coupon number-4044534 and reader id no-47432 is given to me on telephone. MR BABA CHUHAN also told me that we have recieved acknowledgement reciept signed with contact number.now therfore please issue me a scan copy of the acknowledgement reciept so that i can take action against jain courier because he has not delivered the coupons due to this the vendor dealer has stopped delivering newspapers from 1/1.kindly take this matter seriously and issue us with fresh coupons at earliest.do mail me on my email id- [email protected].
