This is further to my complaint of 6.12.2010 to the ICC forum. After the submission of complaint I received phone call from Ms. Soumya of HT from Tel No. 67764232 on 8.12.2010 at 9.55 AM. She assured that coupons will be sent to me however till
date I have not received any. I tried to contact the Tel. number but I am getting no response. I do not know how many years it may take to get the coupons. The HT should give tel nos. and email address and the department/cell with whom the matter can be persued in their daily news paper. I dont think they are serious about
resolving complaints because their main purpose has been achived i.e. extraction of money from readers by making false promises/presentation. Last December they organised get to gether in Ghatkopar and lured participants making similar promises like the one made to us. I regret there is no exposurers of such tactics.
