Unnecessary balance reduction

Sir,

my number is 9574525371, On 20 march 2:41pm automatically without my permission or request a partial amount of Rs= 11 is reduced from my account for Dialer Tone and validity is extended accordingly but i do not subscribe or activated Dialer tone and Idea customer care is not reachable, so therefore i want you to check this matter at your level and take necessary step and give me back my account balance as possible
