PF settlement Not yet Received

Dear Sir,

I have worked with Indian Purchase.com infoware Ltd for 13 years and now iam 63 years old. i have claimed my PF settlement with PF office. The respective documents have been sent to them 6 month agao and whenever i call them they say will send you the cheque within this week & till now i have not received anything from them. Right now iam staying in chennai. Request you to do the needul for me.
