I would like to bring to your notice that, we have a good trust on the News Paper The Times of India, and therefore did (a big lifetime mistake) shopping from it - a Mobile phone.
Within a month the touch screen on the mobile was not working and the screen had a big scratch from inside. Therefore sent for replacement in Nov-09, after rigrious followup, got the mobile back without any change (touch screen not working and the big scratch), but this time with a new problem. There is no charger for the phone.
I am really fedup with all this matters. The News paper should seriously look into these matter as it is spoiling their image. They should appoint good vendors and protect the customer interest.
Today 28th April, i called again the customer care to register my complaint - they have again asked me to send the product back.
God only know when they will solve my problem.
