I have subscribed to the Business today annual subscription offer through Vodafone deals. basis this my bank account has been debited a sum of Rs.325 on Dec 15. Subscription of Business today is not commenced as on date (Feb 7). I have sent 2 emails to [email protected] with escalation to [email protected] respectively on 22 and 31 Jan with no acknowledgement, forget a response. On their website have also lodged a complaint on Feb 4. Unfortunately such a large group after taking the subscription money does not have an officer who could revert to a customer. In fact I have been a BT subscriber for many years and even the last year the subscription was paid and had received the magazines...
