I Bought a reebok sunglasses through india today book club through their call center from Noida. They said i will get free holiday voucher with this but when i received my sunglasses then i got to know follwingthings.
1. Holiday voucher was not free we have to pay 800/- rupees for the same.
2. need to do lot of formalities to receive that vouche.
3.When i did all those formalities i sent the form which i received to the concern on mentioned address.
It was written i will receive holiday voucher after sending the form in 15 days but now it has been more trhan 2 months i have not received that voucher and now afetr this also thay need 45 days to book my trip so if i do not receive by the month of may i may not apply for this they are clearly cheating with customers.
kindly assist me in resoling this proble.
