Non receipt of coupen

Dear sir

I have submitted a cheque bearing no 644484 of Rs 199/= for 2 yearly subscription of DNA news paper and the amount is cleared by bank vide transaction ID COB DNA 644484.Initially I had been told that you will be receive coupon through courier within seven days but till to date I have not received any coupon. Kindly help me out.
