None delivery of news pape

I have submitted a rs 499 chaque with the mail today via distributor in my area on 7th august

and i have got call from mail today for verification as well but even after passing the one month i ave not get delivery of news paper.

after making numerous calls to distributor i have got no satisfactory reply from them..

very poor service indeed
