Your helpline no. 033-22129840 should be totally disconnected as no one answers it and you courier helpdesk people are of no use.
I received a SMS on 3rd December and got back to the courier desk and informed a lady there. She said that no one was there at your residence. I requested her to send someone on a saturday so that we could be at home being both working members - we are not at home when they come. To this she said she would get back after checking but till date she has not got back or anyone either from the ABP office. I have also told my vendor Nemai and he too said that I should call your office and inform them... but no one seems to pick up the above 2212 no at all.. I have tried more than a 100 time but to no avail. Can you please take action and get back to me urgently at [email protected]
