The Times of India Daily News Paper
Discontinutation of News Paper Delivery

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I took a subscription to "The Times of India 20m" daily News Paper for the period of 24 Months. I had issued a cheque no. 716624, dated 30.11. of SBI for Mumbai of Rs. 149.00 in the name of The Times of India. After some period of time, I received an acknowledgement receipt of my payment of Rs.149.00 by cheque, dated 06.01. mentioning the Order No. 1010482251 and confirming my subscription to The Times of India 20m for the period of 24 Months. I did get a regular delivery of News Paper since the Month of Dec to Dec but it was discontinued from 01.01.2013. I had checked with my News Paper Vendor: 21485071-RAJAMANI, Sub.-Vendor: 21502603-RAJAMANIAN2017 about discontinuation of News Paper. In reply he informed me that the my subscription has been cancelled and supply of News Paper is barred due to some reason best known to The Times of India. Then I called and enquired about the same to The Times of India Office on phone/ contact no.022-6635 4021, mentioned on receipt regarding; "In case of any query, please quote the Order NO.by calling us on 022-6635 4021 (Mon. to Sat. between 10.00am to 5.00pm)". On dates 02.01.2013 and 05.01. In reply from The Times Of India office's attendant said, "We have registered your complaint and you will get a call from our office shortly". But so far no call has been made to us and there is no solution has been provided to us.

I am in full of hope the you would surely take cognizance of this issue and would also provide me the best solution ASAP.

Thanks & regards,

Kamlesh Agarwal
