Coupons not received

I have paid a subscription of Rs. 249 for 2 years vide cheque no 884669 drwn on ICICI Bank, dated 22nd May. But I have not received the coupons at yet. On talking to the contact person named Vishal at the Airoli office, he came across as very rude and did nothing to help us. Please take up this matter urgently and see that we receive the coupons.
